Privacy Policy.

We collect only what we need to talk with you and do the work. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

01What we collect

When you book a call: your name, email address and the time you chose, plus your company, phone number, notes and time zone if you give them.

When you buy a package: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the package and options you chose, and any coupon code you used.

Payments: card and billing details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page, not ours. Stripe sends us confirmation of the payment, the amount and the tax charged. We never receive or store your card number.

Technical information: when you book or buy, we record your IP address and browser type with the request to help prevent spam and fraud. Our hosting provider also processes basic request information to deliver and protect the site.

02How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and manage your call, including sending confirmations and calendar invites.
• To process your order, deliver your package and contact you about it.
• To keep business, tax and accounting records.
• To protect the site against abuse.

We don’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

03Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run 7am, and only what each one needs:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, database storage and sending our booking and order emails.
• Stripe: payment processing, receipts and subscription billing.
• Google: the site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Our email is also hosted with Google.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

04Cookies

We use one cookie: pkg_access, which remembers for 30 days that you’ve entered an access code for our private packages page. It doesn’t track you. Stripe’s checkout page sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention, under Stripe’s privacy policy.

05How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as they’re useful for our working relationship, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years in Canada). After that, we delete them.

06Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we’re not required to keep it. Email lee@7am.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact theOffice of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

07Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with providers that keep it secure. No system is perfect, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.

08Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
